In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, WH Ireland confirms that the total number of Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 31 October 2008 was 21,078,780. The number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury was 211,822. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 20,866,958.
