In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 June 2014, Ventus VCT plc's capital consists of 16,307,547 ordinary shares, 11,329,107 'C' shares and 1,991,990 'D' shares with voting rights. The Company holds 25,900 'C' shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Ventus VCT plc is 29,602,744.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Ventus VCT plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
