Total Voting Rights

INTU PROPERTIES PLC (the "Company") VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The issued share capital of the Company increased by a total of 402,399 newshares during June 2014 in order to satisfy the exercise of employee shareoptions. The Company's issued share capital now consists of 1,268,958,224ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not holdany ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is1,268,958,224. The above figure of 1,268,958,224 may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in theCompany under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
