Petro Matad Limited ("Petro Matad" the "Company")
Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
As previously announced Petro Matad issued 25,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on 20 February 2009. Following the Share issue and as at the date of this notice the total number of Shares in issue is 96,705,004 with each Share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no Shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 96,705,004.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
