EMIS Group plc - Total Voting Rights and Capital

The Board of EMIS Group plc ("EMIS" or "the Group") would like to notify the market of the following information:

The Group's share capital as at 31 August 2010 comprises 58,550,017 ordinary shares of 1 penny each. The Employee Benefit Trust holds 40,000 ordinary shares; these shares retain their voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in EMIS is 58,550,017.

The above figure of 58,550,017 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Group under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
