TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The following notification is made in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
As at 31 December 2011, SOCO's issued share capital consisted of 340,539,452 ordinary shares of £0.05 each with voting rights. SOCO currently holds 1,607,852 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in SOCO is 338,931,600.
The above figure (338,931,600) may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SOCO International plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
