In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1., Burberry Group plc advises that as at 30 April 2010 its capital consisted of 435,039,355 ordinary shares with voting rights. Burberry Group plc holds 77,215 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Burberry Group plc is

434,962,140.

The above figure (434,962,140) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Burberry Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
