Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the obligations under section 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 2 January 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 104,228,744 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"), with each Ordinary Share carrying one voting right. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Group is 104,228,744.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
