Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Wetherspoon makes the following disclosure with respect of its share capital and voting rights.
On 8th April 2026, Wetherspoon cancelled ordinary shares previously purchased by it on the following dates and subsequently notified to the market.

The issued share capital of Wetherspoon at 8th April 2026, now consists of 109,197,361 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of £0.02, each with voting rights. Wetherspoon does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 109,197,361.
Shareholders may use the above figure of 109,197,361 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Wetherspoon under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
