In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 31 March 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,485,962,886 ordinary shares. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 2,435,860,294. The Company has 50,102,592 shares held in treasury.

 

The above figure of 2,435,860,294 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
