In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Micro Focus International plc's capital consists of 205,887,609 ordinary shares with voting rights, of which 4,472,057 ordinary shares of 1p each are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Micro Focus International plc is 201,415,552

The above figure (201,415,552) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Micro Focus International plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
