Hammerson PLC01 February 2008 Hammerson plc (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued sharecapital at 1st February 2008 comprises 289,133,916 ordinary shares of 25p eachwith one voting right per share. In addition, there are 1,450,000 shares heldin treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
