In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital as at 28 February 2015 is 271,167,243 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Company. as at 28 February 2015 is 271,167,243.

The above figure of 271,167,243 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for their calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
