TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

 In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 3rd February 2010 the Company's issued share capital consists of 6,634,582 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("shares") .Each share carries the right to one vote.

The Company holds no shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 6,634,582

The above figure of 6,634,582 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
