Total Voting Rights
The Company advises that its issued share capital increased to 114,668,063 ordinary shares of 10p each as at 21July 2009 following the Placing of 4,485,365 new ordinary shares which were admitted to trading today. Each share carries the right to one vote. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 114,668,063.
The above figure of 114,668,063 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
