AFH Financial Group announces that, following the issue this month of 1,044,102 new ordinary shares in the Company, pursuant to the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM which became effective today, its issued share capital consists of 19,316,464 ordinary shares of 10p, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company is 19,316,464. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
