Total Voting Rights

London, 01 August 2011: Ophir notifies the market that, as at close of business on 28 July 2011, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 319,480,862 ordinary shares of £0.0025, each carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. 

Therefore, as at 1 August 2011, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 319,480,862.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").

This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
