The current issued share capital as at today's date (13 April 2007) is2,359,326,234 ordinary shares including those 18,692,704 ordinary shares held byKingfisher plc under the Kingfisher 1993 Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust. The total number of shares with voting rights as at today's date (2 February2007) is 2,340,633,530.
