Vanquis Banking Group plc - Voting Rights and Capital

 

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1., Vanquis Banking Group plc hereby gives notice that as of 28 February 2025, the company's issued share capital consists of 256,482,888 ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each, with voting rights. Vanquis Banking Group plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
