Total Voting Rights

The Company confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights as of 31 March 2011 is 272,287,518 and that there are a total of 31,832,883 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 272,287,518 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
