London, 1 April 2015: Ophir notifies the market that, the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 31 March 2015 was 746,019,407 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each. The Company holds, or will hold 33,638,499 ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore, as at 31 March 2015, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 712,380,908.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").

This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
