Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Hydrogen confirms that, as at 30 June 2013, Hydrogen's total issued share capital remained unchanged at 23,705,241 ordinary shares, carrying voting rights on the basis of one vote per share.

There are no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hydrogen is 23,705,241.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in Hydrogen under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
