In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules Tandem Group plc's capital as at 31 August 2008 consists of 37,584,412 ordinary shares of 4 pence each. The Company holds a total of 1,600,000 shares in Treasury and therefore, the total number of voting rights in Tandem Group plc is 35,984,412.
The above figure (35,984,412) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tandem Group plc under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
