SABMiller PLC19 January 2007 SABMiller plc TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS UPDATE 19 January 2007 In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules sourcebooktransitional provision 6, SABMiller plc today advises that since 28 December2006 its capital has increased by 212,497 ordinary shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in SABMiller plc's ordinary sharesis 1,501,747,245.
