TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS UPDATE

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Laird advises that on 21 August 2013 its capital increased by 83,970 ordinary shares with voting rights. Laird holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Laird's ordinary shares is 267,566,141 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Laird under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
