Total Voting Rights Update

Further to the recent admission on 7 May 2013 of its A Ordinary shares to the Specialist Fund Market ("SFM") and the simultaneous cancellation of admission to trading on AIM, Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") advises that, as at 31 May 2013, the Company's issued share capital consists of 207,000,000 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 207,000,000.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
