In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, The Go-Ahead Group plc is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 31st August 2015, Go-Ahead's capital consisted of 43,004,075 ordinary shares of 10p each, with voting rights. The Company also held 3,902,230 ordinary shares in Treasury with no voting rights.

The above figure of 43,004,075 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Go-Ahead under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
