The Company confirms that 927,537 ordinary shares of 5 pence each have today been issued by the Company to satisfy the vesting of awards under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.

 

Following the above issue, as at 9 September 2022, the Company holds no treasury shares and the Company's issued share capital consists of 783,824,987 shares with a nominal value of 5p each.

 

Each share carries the right to one vote at general meetings. Accordingly, the Company has total voting rights of 783,824,987.
