Total Voting Rights

HomeServe plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A(1), it is confirmed that HomeServe plc's capital now consists of 307,676,565 ordinary shares of 29/13 pence each, all with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
