Total Voting Rights

In connection with the placing of 20,016,057 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company announced on 26th February 2013, as at 1st March 2013 the issued ordinary share capital of the Company comprises 220,376,988 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 220,376,988.

The total voting rights figure of 220,376,988 may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
