Total Voting Rights

In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1(R) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 30 June 2010, the Company's issued share capital consists of 151,274,752 ordinary shares with a nominal value of USD0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"), which includes 7,530,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in PME is 143,744,752.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, PME under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
