Total Voting Rights

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, confirms that as of 30 April 2018 its capital will consist of 646,574,901 ordinary shares with voting rights. On that date, MySQUAR held no ordinary shares as treasury shares and therefore, the total number of voting rights in MySQUAR was 646,574,901.

The above figure of 646,574,901 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company would like to note that the above figure of 646,574,901 does not include the New Ordinary Shares which will be admitted to trading on or around 2 May 2018 as per the announcement made on 26 April 2018. Following the admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 662,053,579 Ordinary Shares.
