Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, M&G plc notifies the market that as of 21 October 2019, M&G plc's issued share capital consists of 2,599,906,866 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each.

There are no Ordinary shares held in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in M&G plc is therefore 2,599,906,866 and this figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, M&G plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
