Total Voting Rights

Tricor announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 0.01 of one penny each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") in issue at the date of this notice is 4,842,017,003 with each Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Tricor is therefore 4,842,017,003.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Services Authority.
