Intimas Group PLC28 December 2006 Intimas Group plc ("Intimas") Total Voting Rights Intimas announces that, for the purposes of the transitional provisions of theFinancial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the totalnumber of ordinary shares of 5 pence each of Intimas in issue as at the date ofthis notice is 105,394,178 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Intimas is therefore 105,394,178.
