Arden's issued ordinary share capital comprises 27,078,362 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), of which 2,372,768 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, leaving a balance of 24,705,594 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (24,705,594 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
