UBM plc Voting Rights and Capital 1 April 2015 In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, UBM plc todayannounces the following: As at 31 March 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of 442,685,261ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10 pence each) with voting rights. Noordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of votingrights in UBM plc is 442,685,261.
