National Express Group PLC02 May 2008 National Express Group PLC ('NEG') - Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we wouldlike to notify the market of the following: As at 30th April 2008 the issued share capital of NEG consists of 154, 633,727ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights. The total shares in issue has increased from 154,631,891 as at 31st January 2008to 154,633,727 shares as at 30th April 2008 as a result of shares issued tosatisfy the exercise of share options by employees. NEG holds 1,825,000 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number ofvoting rights in NEG is 152,808,727 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The above figure (152,808,727) may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, NEG under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
