In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Source BioScience plc (LSE: SBS) confirms that as at 30 April 2015 the Company has 313,837,652 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in issue.

The figure of 313,837,652 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Source BioScience plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The voting rights of all ordinary shares in the Company rank pari passu and the Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
