In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 3 November 2014, the Company's capital consists of 809,162,718 ordinary shares each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 809,162,718 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Meggitt PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
