Total Voting Rights & Share Capital - Replacement

The following correction has been made to the Total Voting Rights and Share Capital announcement released on 01 August 2023 at 07:00 under RNS Number 7759H.

The correction is to the number of shares that may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, iomart Group plc, under the Disclosures Guidance and Transparency Rules. This figure should have been 112,050,258 shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

iomart makes the following announcement in accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As at 31 July 2023, the total number of Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each of iomart Group plc is 112,191,031. There are 140,773 Ordinary Shares in the iomart Group plc Employee Benefit Trust and the Company holds none of its Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in iomart Group plc is 112,050,258.

The above figure of 112,050,258 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, iomart Group plc, under the Disclosures Guidance and Transparency Rules.
