In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that its total issued share capital at 30 April 2020 comprised 330,097,758 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Foxtons Group plc is therefore 330,097,758. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
