All shares have equal votingrights. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of shares attracting voting rights in the Company is therefore72,593,670. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
