Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") notifies the market that as at 26 February 2010:

Caledonia's issued share capital includes 58,794,781 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. Of these, 563,230 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of shares in Caledonia with voting rights is 58,231,551

The above figure of 58,231,551 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Caledonia under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
