Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provision 6, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 218,855,761 Ordinary Shares of 5p each with one voting right per share. The total number of shares in the Company with voting rights is therefore 218,855,761 (excluding treasury shares).

The Company holds 382,208 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
