The Scottish American Investment Company PLC capital consists of 178,315,943 ordinary shares. The Scottish American Investment Company PLC holds 4,622,928 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Scottish American Investment Company PLC is 173,693,015 as at 28 February 2025.
