In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Land Securities Group PLC confirms that, as at the close of business on 30 October 2020, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 751,313,063 shares of 10 2/3 p each, of which 9,839,179 shares are held in Treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Land Securities Group PLC as at
2 November 2020 is 741,473,884.
