Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that the issued share capital of SANNE consists of 143,395,107 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. SANNE currently holds 98,533 Treasury shares.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in SANNE is 143,296,574. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, SANNE under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
