In accordance with the requirements of Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, the Company makes the following notification:

The Company's issued share capital has increased from 109,166,267 ordinary shares with voting rights as previously stated on 1 March 2018 to 109,168,010.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 109,168,010.

The above figure (109,168,010) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
