The following amendment has been made to the 'Voting Rights' announcement released on 5 January 2010 at 10.49 a.m. under RNS No 0292F
The number of ordinary shares in issue and number of voting rights has been changed.
All other details remain unchanged.

Workspace Group PLC - Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1 R) Workspace Group PLC is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 December 2009 the issued share capital of Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace') consists of 1,149,444,351 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 10 pence each, with voting rights. Workspace does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in Workspace is 1,149,444,351.
The above figure of 1,149,444,351 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Workspace under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
